RTX 2070 EVGA XC 8GB w/ Dead Fan, NVIDIA Gaming Graphics Card GPU

Condition: Used, very good. Card boots and runs fine, no crashing under load or artifacting, recognized in device manager normally. 

RGB does not work. On some boots, only one fan will spin/operate normally. On other boots, neither fan will spin up. Seems to be about 50/50. Still runs great with one fan spinning, but temps do get high. It is most likely a faulty fan connector. No repairs have been attempted.
